About PB Web and Graphic Design

Hello my name is Patrick Boucher. I am a website and graphic designer located in Western Massachusetts. I have been doing website design for about eight years. This website is a host for my online web portfolio. Navigating throughout the website will bring you to some of the websites I have created or help create over the years. You can also view my resume from the resume tab and download it if you wish. Some of my interests include being a part of the Boy Scouts of America where I have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. I enjoy hiking and photography in my spare time. I have acquired a Bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University in communications with concentration in Interactive Media. I have taken many art, graphics and a typography courses as well.

I am proficient and experienced in HTML, CSS, and design; along with Adobe’s design package including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator. I am familiar with DHTML, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress, typography, and the rest of Adobe’s creative suite. I am able to work on Macintosh, Linux, and Microsoft machines. I have worked on a variety of different projects for website design with a variety of different individuals. Narrowing down exactly what the client wants, and what questions to ask, to get the information needed to create something they are looking for is a very hard skill to learn. Learning how to ask the questions needed to develop a design intended to work for the client is something that I perform well.
